@Dreamy I understand. Let's make things as simple as possible... if anyone else here was feeling how you are, what would you say to reassure them and show them kindness? 💛

@AuntGlow i can't even think right now. My brain feels like mush. I don't like that everything has just gone silent.

@Dreamy That's okay. Do you have anything that you enjoy listening to when things are too quiet? 💛

@AuntGlow it's not the noise around me that's quiet, it's inside my head. I've got music on, I've just sat down on my bed and I made myself an iced coffee.

@tyme I'm just trying to talk things through. Sorry but I'm not sure what I need right now, I'm trying to work it out.

@Dreamy That sounds like a wonderful way to care for yourself. I am so glad you found something regulating to do, you should be really proud of your ability to do so. Maybe write a little note in your phone or on a notepad around what helped you to get there? ✨💛

@AuntGlow these are things I do every night. It hasn't helped anything, it's just routine. The challenge now will be trying to keep myself distracted now that everything has stopped. I have my colouring in front of me and I'm hoping I can do some of that.
