@rav3n i just need to be heard and not feel alone right now. I'm trying to put what happened into words but my head is a mess at the moment.

@Till23 oh the brain fog is real, just try to take it one little thing at a time.
You have always been so helpful and supportive to me and I've seen you offer support to others aswell, you are amazing and I always appreciate your kind words ❤️ .
I hope the trip helps you, it sounds like you need a nice little getaway to clear your mind and you definitely deserve it.

i hear you @Dreamy you're not alone 💙
you're welcome to share, but i do want to gently remind you of posting in a recovery-focused way here. i know that can be difficult to do when feeling distress, but it is important in keeping you and the community safe.
if you do feel like you're not in the space for recovery-oriented posting, counselling services and helplines like these would be able to provide you the space you need to feel heard.
we want you to get the best support. sending you gentle hugs 💙

@rav3n don't worry about it, i won't share it then. Was more that I just wanted to vent about what had happened but doesn't matter i guess.

what you want to vent about/say does matter @Dreamy we care about you heaps, but as you know, we're only a peer support space and not a counselling service, which means our community isn't equipped to talk in depth about the topics that you absolutely deserve to be heard on. but those helplines are, and we encourage you to reach out to them. 💙
i really wish we could let everyone chat about everything/anything, but at the end of the day, we gotta stick to our guidelines to ensure safety. sorry if that upset you, please know that we're coming from a place of care. 💙

Thanks @Dreamy for your kind words. Yes I've had a couple different versions of brain fog. There's the well known cancer brain fog that you get while you're going through cancer treatment.
Of course there is also the MH related brain fog, which is my current problem. I do feel as I might be coming out of it though, which is very good.
I hope you were able to get some support regarding whatever happened when you went shopping recently. Or at least you've been able to find some distraction or use some techniques to regulate yourself after the incident.

@Till23 yeah there's many different versions of brain fog. Hopefully you are free from it all soon.
I didn't get any support but I was just chatting here to people to get me through the moment. Although it seems I was good at upsetting people which I'm annoyed at myself about.
