@Dreamy okay. I hope you find some rest and we can chat when and if you need to over the course of the day.

@MissinTooth i cant even rest. I dozed off for like 10 minutes and now I've woken up having a panic attack and I'm straight away hit with thoughts and urges. Trying to listen to music and playing with my nee doh cube to calm myself down.
How's things going for you?

Oh @Dreamy that sounds really challenging.
I've had a shower and washed my dreads, vacuumed the floors and I'm about to hang some washing out.
Things are okay. I'm feeling anxious and kind of dizzy.

@Dreamy me too. Some days it's dialled up, some days it's just...present. I have some strategies to try now, to help me regulate it while I'm at work.

@MissinTooth it's frustrating that it's just constantly there. Hopefully some of those strategies help while you are at work.

@Dreamy if I'm honest, I'm exhausted and frustrated by it and I would just like to find baseline.
