Re: Battles

@Dreamy I hear ya.

It's frustrating and concerning when you can't find what set it off, or what's causing it.

Re: Battles

@Dreamy I'm sitting in my classroom. Trying for a bit of peace and quiet. My well being today is going South. And I feel really dysregulated.  My head feels like it's in a vice, I'm spinny and I feel like I'm going to explode out of my chest. I hate the physical symptoms of my anxiety. I'm okay...just need to take some deep breaths and calm my body.

Re: Battles

@MissinTooth oh I'm right there with you sweet. You are really not alone with this feeling right now.

Keep going with those deep breaths, this moment will pass. I'm sitting with you and if i can help at all just let me know ❤️

Re: Battles

You are demonstrating resilience @MissinTooth with how you are feeling and still sitting in class! I encourage you to stay connected on the Forums when you can. Well Done ✔️ RiverSeal

Re: Battles

@RiverSeal glad to hear it.

I'm a bit overwhelmed today. First thing this morning there was unexpected road works right outside my house so it was very loud and the banging triggered some flashbacks so i had that to deal with, I haven't been able to put my ear buds in as my ears have been sore lately so I couldn't even drown out the noise. Then it's just been very noisy today in general and I've just got that sensory overload happening. I did some cleaning to keep myself distracted and then i made myself a cold Milo and now I'm trying to do my puzzle.

Re: Battles

@Dreamy @RiverSealgot through the day, sent the kids home to their parents. I'm exhausted and just feeling generally frazzled but the majority of those big sensations in my body have calmed for now. I still feel all churned up in my stomach.

I have to pick my niece up from day care and will be up most of the night studying, so I will be here @Dreamy on and off.

Re: Battles

@MissinTooth well done for making it through the school day. Glad the majority of those big sensations have calmed for now, hopefully your stomach settles down for you soon.

Hope you enjoy spending time with your niece. I have to socialise tonight which I'm really not prepared for.

Re: Battles

@Dreamy urgh socialising. I wish you luck and send you out into the social world with some strength!
