@MissinTooth i waited all day to connect to my regular service that I connect with only to end the chat cos I didn't know what to even say. All that came out was negatives, apologising for just being there and bothering them. I feel so empty but yet so full on thoughts, feelings and emotions, how is that even possible.
Trying to distract myself, I've got my TV show on and I'm trying to colour but honestly my head is all over the place.

It can be hard to communicate sometimes @Dreamy especially when it comes to describing how we feel, or talking about how we feel.
It can be even more so, when our brain's are telling us we don't matter, or we're a burden or when we're afraid of saying how we're feeling and what's happening for us.
I don't have the words sometimes, so I totally understand.
