@PeppyPatti rates. That's what's different! I remember when my great uncles were still alive (they lived to be in their 90's) and lived in Salter Point. Their rates were less than mine. Go figure.

CoS has always been costlier - they raise the rates so they can afford all the fancy amenities for places like Ellenbrook and surrounds.

I had a young man come around spruiking for his mate who wants to run for council in my little patch of the Valley. I give him props for actually getting out and door knocking because most of them can't be bothered.
