@Dreamy  I’m so glad you are OK. I missed you while I was away. I genuinely like chatting to you on the forums.
It’s been challenging been home. Tapering of some nasty antidepressant known for brutal withdrawal symptoms. I’m disappointed they sent me home like this. I’m at a loss as to what to do.

Hey @Cuddlebear it’s good to see you back from PARC. I do hope the med transition is worth it long term, but it wouldn’t be easy on top of all the other challenges. I hope you can eventually settle into your new place and feel better.
@PeppyPatti haha. Good on you for. I can’t thread needles anymore, but sewed a lot…once upon a time
@Dreamy love your encouraging memes and posts.

@PeppyPatti  How was the therapist? I really hope it went well.
I wasn’t ready for discharge considering these brutal withdrawal symptoms. My psychologist has contacted the CATT team this afternoon to make contact with me as I’m not coping so well. I hear you re tapering off medicine. Mine were not working anymore according to a public psychiatrist at APARC but unfortunately her tapering regime cause serotonin toxicity plus severe withdrawals because she decreased way way to fast and added a new medicine too which takes 4-6 weeks to actually work but also gave me too much serotonin. I’m just waiting for CATT people which I hope isnt an unpleasant experience.
