@Cuddlebear hi gorgeous, I am feeling much better, thanks to you and my Sane fam. I don't have much planned today, perhaps some gardening which always makes me feel better.
My neck is out of alignment so I am taking it easy and not doing anything too strenuous.
How are you today? Do you have some exciting plans?
Much love
E

Thanks always lovely @Dreamy for keeping the wholesomeness flowing!!
Welcome @puppydoglover 😊 I got a touch of the 'tism too, though I am still pre-diagnosis my psych is very strongly suspecting 😅 And I am chock full of ADHD too! Always happy to ramble about it 😋 Feel free to tag me any time, I am usually around on Fridays and weekends 😉

Hi @Jynx
I hope the NDIS can fund music therapy and dance classes for me, I’m just now waiting for my LAC to check to see if I can use my current funding for those. If not maybe my OT will have to update her report and we would have to submit it to my LAC again for a reassessment 🙃
I’ve been thinking of signing up for music and dance based classes cause I’ve always been quite interested and passionate about the entertainment in general so I’m thinking why not do it now (hopefully it won’t take too long before I start signing up for those)
I’ll be seeing a support worker and an OT the upcoming November now that my NDIS plan has been auto-extended until October next year and I have the funding again

I've never heard of this one before @Jynx I really like it! Not quite sure why? Hearts are my symbol, too. 💚

@Blackcloud I love that!! I think dancing and music are such fundamental forms of human expression - like a way of expressing feeling without using any words. Healing through that form of embodied expression is sooooo incredible, I hope it works out with your NDIS!!
@heartathome aww that's amazing 💜💖 Yeah I really like that one too, I think it reminds me that loss is part of life, and that sometimes grief is incredibly transformative.

@Jynx hi gorgeous! I am good, the situation with the male parent is pretty much forgotten. I should thank him for treating me like crap throughout my life, it's made me resilient. If he passes tomorrow I won't shed a tear.
I hope you have a lovely weekend 💗 😘

@ENKELI I am so glad you are feeling better and that we’ve been able to support you.
Did you get some gardening done? How is your neck feeling today?
Apologies for late replies I’ve really just been struggling and trying not to be a burden on everyone here. I’m at home now after helping a friend inspect rental properties. Going to try and take it easy as not feeling great.

@Blackcloud How are you? Sounds like a good plan for art and music therapy. Hopefully you won’t need a report. 🙂 So pleased you got an auto extension. You can now get the supports you very much deserve.

@Cuddlebear hopefully yeah. Also, just to correct you there, it’s not art therapy, it’s dance classes and music therapy that I was considering in becoming a part of. The thought about being in an environment with a few or many other participants/students though is what makes me nervous because of my experiences of not being approached by anyone in every social settings. I know I can’t change the way others see me as and what they decide to do, but you know…
yessss my next session with a support worker will be next Saturday and we’re gonna be going to the cinemas to watch a movie! This would be my fourth time going to the cinemas with a support worker 🙂
