@Chasingsunsets today i like the last one, the one about being defeated. It's how I feel at the moment 'defeated', but knowing I've been here before and made it through means that there's a good chance I'll get through it again 😊. 

Haha the gremlins like messing with the support button. Somehow I feel bad for supporting someone's post when they say that they are having problems with their support button 😂.

@Dreamy yeah I get what you mean re that last one. offers some warm deep reassurance to us right, that quote. I felt it when I was reading it. We have gone through rough patches before, we can do it again.

@Dreamy  Hello lovely. Im so glad it has cooled down where you are.It is still hot here and I have the air conditioner on. It’s helping but when I go out to toilet fur baby it’s awful. We are getting a cool change but not till very very late tonight or tomorrow. 

I’m sorry that you are having a tough time at the moment. I realise how much energy and strength it takes to get through these days. Is there anything I can do here to help ease the yucky? Doing the best you can is all anyone can ask of themselves. I’m proud of you because you do your best and even when you are going through tough times you still have time to care about people on the forums. 

Wilbur has allergies the vet said and he’s had to have a vaccination for it. Vet said it’s likely caused from pollen/grass and he checked his glands which were fine. 

Sadly I’m a mess. I can’t stand this tapering and I feel so unloved right now. Heavy and dark times. I have another drop in medication tomorrow. I’m dreading it.

I'm okay @Dreamy ❤️ just chilling right now after i completed my volunteering shift + shower 🙂

hopefully i can hear back from a support worker that i'm willing or wanting to work with soon this upcoming week.. otherwise i'll be p!ssed.. just hope that it means she doesn't wanna work with me nor like me...

i'm gonna be starting the intentional peer support training course tomorrow and i'm quite looking forward to it! 😊
