I’m a little unsure about tomorrow though @Ru-bee. It goes into mood disorders and suicide. I do know that it could be very triggering.
I do have a plan to have another bath when I get home but I may need something more.
Im currently sitting on the lounge with the dogs on my lap, watching tv. Feeling a little uneasy.

Yeah, that's fair enough that you'd be apprehensive @Captain24 How did the instructor/the person who's leading the group approach today? Were they quite sensitive to the topics being discussed?
It's good that you're thinking about this beforehand and already planning your self care.
Sitting on the couch with the pups sounds so cosy

The facilitator is really good. @Ru-bee. He was good when all were sharing their stories. Very sensitive and said all the right things.
He wasn’t very good at noticing how we were feeling through out so tomorrow will be interesting if he can pick it up.
He did give us all his number if we need to debrief this afternoon.

Hope it’s ok to quickly step in and share that it would be totally ok to share with the facilitator that you… I don’t know what you personally would say, but that you have a fairly recent lived experience on this topic and that you may need to step out briefly if it becomes too much.
I did self harm and suicide training in my last job and said the same thing. Facilitator was fine with that.
Ok leaving now

Thank you @Bow
It’s more than ok to step in! I’m just limiting my triggers by just staying on here. I have unsubscribed from everything else until I’m completely comfortable being in here. Don’t think I’m ignoring you.
I appreciate your response. It sounds like a fantastic idea to speak to him. To give me a little out of if I need it. Just a reset.
I hope things are bearable for you .

Hey @tyme
Looking back I was masking really over the top. Too much. Now I’m crashing down.
I was impressed with my self care too!

In a way, I feel masking has its place sometimes. I know what you mean by crashing after though. It would've been mentally exhausting. Since you have practiced some self-care, are you able to head off to bed soon?
How long is each session? Is it all day tomorrow? @Captain24
