im just watching tv and relaxing at the moment @Snowie im also getting a call later tonight from staff on night shift as theyre teaching me how to write a couple of care planning things up for tafe but im not sure how to do them so hes calling me and helping me out with them

I'm really trying to control my thoughts and my actions @Jynx I know I need to just let them wash over me but it is hard sometimes. 

I have six days and counting until I see my psych. It's been about 8 weeks since she went away.

Glad you are relaxing @outlander You've had a busy day.

Both kids are at work. I'm hoping H will pick them up so I can go to bed early.

He knows things haven't been good for me.

@Snowie Mmm it is hard. I was introduced to the concept of 'surrender' to help w this. Unfortunately I don't have any resources for it off the top of my head but could be worth a google. 

Wow that's a long break! Those six days might be both the slowest crawl of time ever, and also fly right past you. I hope it's a good first session back 💜

Just the two @outlander - both mischeivous lil rascals. Yeah Dungeons & Dragons! You get to come up with a character and then role play as you run around a fantasy world. Very fun - for me anyway lol

It has been a long break @Jynx @outlander considering that I normally see her fortnightly.

It has been a hard journey. I think the next 6 days will go slowly. Nothing has gone fast.

@Jynx I have never heard of 'surrender' I will try and look it up.
