My case manager and art teacher are from different organisations. Asking my case manager for clarification isn't going to help me. I also feel like my art teacher sent the email out to avoid the conversation with me saying they can't do it anymore

Thanks for clarifying. That's such a bummer.
Sometimes when things like this happens, I leave it to God and say that if it works out, then good, but if it doesn't, God must have something better.

It will eventually, but that falls more in the "help" camp than the "heard" camp right now. Most of the time I just need to feel like I'm not alone in this, that it's completely normal for me to be shocked right now.
To sit with me instead of trying to pull me forward, if that makes sense
