@Ru-bee I think most people have noticed that the “NEW” no Notifications issue has come to visit for the last 48 hours.
One of the other issues that occurs simultaneously is selecting the thread, but being taken to the middle of the thread page.
I.E. Select Art for Healing
It takes me to Greensleeves post 2 Nov 2023. Scroll up to the top of the page.
You’ll see it is Page 5 of 9.
The same thing happens on all Threads whenever the Notifications glitch.

Hey @Glisten I have noticed this too! Can be irritating for us, and next to impossible for newbies if they don't know what's happening!
Thanks for flagging and the screenshots too. Let's hope this issue is resolved soon!!

Hi all, we're happy to report that the notifications issue seems to have been resolved for now. However, please be aware that our forums software provider (Khoros) has not yet provided an explanation for the notifications disappearing or what steps were taken to fix this. This means it is possible this issue may occur again intermittently.
We understand how frustrating this experience has been and appreciate your feedback and understanding as our platform provider has worked to address this global issue.
On Monday, we shared some helpful resources in our Forums enhancements thread for enabling email notifications and saving your favourite threads and posts. If you haven't already, we recommend subscribing to that thread to stay informed and access useful tips for staying connected with the community.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at team@saneforums.org.

Hi all, we have seen overnight that there is a problem delivering email notifications to some members. This issue is currently being investigated. Your in-forum notifications are unaffected. We apologise for the inconvenience.
