@Shaz51 oh sweet, I hope you can get a good night's sleep tonight. Having headaches is horrible, I've had one constantly for the last 3 days now and pain relief doesn't seem to touch it. Sitting down watching TV sounds like a good way to wind down and relax. I'm looking forward to bedtime in an hour and 10 minutes, not that I'm counting or anything 😂

@MissinTooth but you got through it! It was hard, you had moments where the panic set in, but you pushed through despite it all.
I get that thought pattern, I go through that every day of my life. It's a matter of rewiring our brains to see things differently which is no quick and easy process but we can do it, time and patience is key ❤️

@Dreamy I think it's always better the thoughts come out in that creative way than spilling out into like, my social world for instance. Glad your muse is around hehe. I see you did end up posting it in the thread too!! Love it, good on ya!
@MissinTooth aye that's a familiar spiral. Like Dreamy said, it's a matter of time and patience to rewire. Sometimes, I also remind myself,
"It is no measure of health to be well-adjusted to a profoundly sick society." -Jiddu Krishnamurti
@Shaz51 awww headaches!! You poor deary, I hope seeing fuzzy friends on tv is helping 💜
