Thanks @Dreamy it's very much appreciated.
It doesn't help that I have a dogga on my lap who just wants cuddles at the moment.
Hi @RiverSeal and @Cuddlebear

@Cuddlebear Casper doesn't actually chew things (other than his toys) and other than a pencil which he put a couple of teeth marks in he hasn't destroyed anything.
The breathing exercises and grounding techniques don't do anything for me.
I'm glad you don't feel as bad but sorry you are still feeling off. It's hard not having anyone around and struggling to go out because of anxiety.
I only have here to talk to people. Just know I'm always here for you ❤️.
It may be on, we will just have to wait and see.

@Dreamy That’s great he’s not a chewer except for his toys. What kind of toys does he like? Mine likes squeeky toys and balls. He’s currently squeaking away with his squeaker toys. He developed an ear infection and is seeing the vet tomorrow so I’m not working him until his ear infection heals. He’s ok though very bright and playful etc.
Yup would be good if there’s a chat on.
The breathing exercises and grounding likely help with less acute symptoms? I’m not sure but from what I’ve seen if it’s mild those things help more. For me the thing that helps most is being around humans I feel safe with and feeling loved. Unfortunatly those things are not in abundance.
Im always here for you too. It does really help hearing you say you are here as well. Thank you I truly do appreciate it.

@Cuddlebear I got the vacuuming done, hung the washing on the line and I'm now trying to catch up on my studies. I've had a big week and I'm now behind again...
My dog Luna is a Blue Heeler X Border Collie and she's a big girl too, but she thinks she's a small dog and also tries to sit on my lap.
I don't know how long I've been on the forums. Maybe a couple of months?
