@Dreamy Good morning how are you? Did you get some much needed sleep? I’m just up and as usual thwt awful dread and depression are around. It was a hard day yesterday. Not much going on for me I’ll be home. What about you? Are you home today with Caspar?

Morning @Cuddlebear, I've had very little sleep and I'm struggling. Just trying to calm myself down after waking up having a panic attack. I'm sorry yesterday was hard, I hope that today is at least a little better for you. I don't have any plans today so yes I'm home with Casper.

@Dreamy I’m sorry you haven't had much sleep. It’s difficult without sleep and gives the body some time to rest and the mind to rest too. I hope though thwt you can get some sleep today. I also wake up in a panic at the moment and feelings of dread. I really dislike it. I don’t find a lot of the things that are supposed to be helpful actually helpful. I hope today is better but it hasn’t started that way.
Im really glad you have Caspar with you. How is he doing? He must be growing fast being a puppy.

@Cuddlebear its so hard not getting enough sleep. I'm sorry that you also feel that panic and feelings of dread, it's so horrible to sit with. The main go-to's for it are breathing exercises or grounding techniques which i often find unhelpful. I hope things have eased up a bit for you?
I'm very lucky to have Casper and he is definitely growing quickly.

@RiverSeal can you sit with me please? I've got something happening here and I'm struggling. I'm safe but just really need to try and calm down and ride this through.

@Dreamy I'm sitting here staring at my closed lap top, trying to dig up the motivation to actually do some study.

@MissinTooth trying to find that motivation is tricky. I'd send you some of mine but I don't have any but what I do have is a special jar of motivation that I keep for people that need it so I'm sending you some from there. You've got this sweet ❤️

@Dreamy I love watching puppies grow. They have so much energy and do the funniest things. Does Caspar try to chew all your things? My friend years ago had all her shoes chewed in one sitting!
I too am sorry you experience the same thing. How are you feeling now? Did the breathing and grounding provide any relief?
I don’t feel as awful as when I woke up. But I’m still feeling quite off 😞 Like you I don’t really have anyone around and get too anxious going out alone at the moment.
Basically I have people here to chat to and two friends who send me messages from time to time but I appreciate them very much.
I wonder if Sunday night chat will be on tonight.
