My suicidal thoughts are scary I haven't been this bad before   I want to be with my mum and dad  I'm tried off been called names by my siblings it feels like a jungle inside my head 

I haven't really myself  I have the strong thoughts yes I've tried what I normally do  

I have written in my si book

I don't see a point 

I can't cry but I want to  I want to let out a big scream   I feel like I am just a big big burden  I can't even let my feelings out anymore   mentally and physically drained  as I said last night I will keep out of the way from now on I hope you all have a good life and keep happy and healthy 🤍
