Hi @PizzaMondo   just remembered I'm not allowed to say how I feel I might triggered people  everyone else is allowed to say what they want 

I'm on breaking point  I am shutting down  I don't want to do this pain anymore I don't need nothing  

I don't need to be reminded off the helpline I know they are there

I remember it won't matter  the only person I have is my partner and they are out!

Been struggling the last days with thoughts other things
