Hi @DownMoreThanUp @heartathome i have rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD) as well. I have ASD (autism) and possibly ADHD so it’s common with those that have them.

That's interesting! I didn't know that @Blackcloud @DownMoreThanUp I think mine (if I have it) is from my past experiences in childhood and CPTSD. I don't think bipolar would have anything to do with RSD. I don't know, though! I don't know if I have RSD but I can relate to everything on it! 💛

@Dreamy How are you lovely? Thank you for the affirmations.
I’ve had to book Wilbur in to vet. He is dragging his bum at times but doesn’t have worms. I’m so worried I’ve been crying all morning. 😞 The affirmations reminded me you’re amazing for remembering me each day.

Hello @Cuddlebear my sweet, honestly I'm not great, I can't stop the tears from flowing. I'm trying so hard to change things and make my life better but I keep getting more things thrown my way. (I'm safe). I'm spending my day curled up on my lounge with Casper.
Oh sweet I know it's scary when our dogs aren't well. I hope it all goes ok with the vet. Sending you hugs beautiful ❤️.

@Dreamy all of these thoughts I’ve been having on a day to day basis are all due to my past experiences that has been affecting me throughout my life including today in general & I have nothing I can do in my life including hobbies like I’ve always been every single day for over a decade because of these experiences that all play a part of how I deal with life.

@Blackcloud i hear you sweet. What about going for a walk in a park? It seems like that's something you enjoy doing.

@Dreamy I’ve been doing that three days in a row this week, so I thought that today I would give myself a break. 😂
Didn’t wanna bother taking the train to go out to the CBD and taking a walk at the park there again. Plus, it’s about to be 25 degrees today.

@Blackcloud it's good that you've been doing that sweet. It's ok to give yourself a break but what's something else that can help you. Do you play games on your computer or phone, do any crafts or colouring, reading, listen to music or watch TV?
It's 25⁰ here today aswell. I went for my morning walk before it got too warm.

@Dreamy I just watch YouTube videos & listen to music. Sometimes I wish I had the ability or capacity to do a hobby that’s more physical & can keep me busy/company, but then the moment I start it then I would always need myself a break shortly after before I either continue it or not.
