@Dreamy  My beautiful friend. I wish I was there you console you and help you feel loved and safe. Please know I do love you and care about you. How are you doing now?  I’m so glad you have Caspar with you to snuggle. I’m sorry that life is throwing hard things at you at a time when you are doing the hard work to heal and be better. Is there anything I can do to support you?
I took a while to get to messages as I had an appointment. I’m sorry it took me so long.
Yes I am a mess with worry. I love him so much and I really hope it is nothing serious. It’s a hard day and this tapering isn’t helping.

@Cuddlebear thankyou my sweet ❤️. I had a bit of a sleep but I'm still feeling very emotional, I'm just being gentle with myself. I love and care for you so much too beautiful ❤️. You simply being here means so much to me.
It's ok, there's no need to apologise. We all have other things going on in our lives 😊.
I can understand being a mess with worry, they aren't just pets, they are our world and even more so when we depend on them so much for support. Sending you huge hugs sweet ❤️.

@Blackcloud  Hello lovely. It sounds like you too are really having a bad day. I understand not being able to go for a walk the heat is awful and bothers me too.
Is there anything that helps you feel calmer at all you can do at home?

@Dreamy  I’m glad you had a sleep it can help so much with helping with healing. Yes be very gentle with yourself and keep Caspar close by as he’s such a beautiful support for you right now. I’m here too if you want to chat about anything at all or to distract you whatever you need.
Yes our fur babies are our children and if they might be unwell the worry is massive. He seems totally fine in every way but sometimes drags his bottom along the floor. It might just be an itchy bum bum but I’m not sure so he will see the vet tomorrow.

@heartathome @Blackcloud i think i suffer from at least 7 of these descriptions on that list, though only at times, it depends what mood cycle is ruling my moments. Depression and anxiety being the most likely mood to causes these symptoms to flare.
For example when depressed but with my wife, i still struggle with the symptoms in that list, in that i can feel those feelings hearing those thoughts, even 24/7 when the depression really flares up, yet i have learned to trust her love for me, much more than these depressive thoughts and feelings giving me a hard time, so (more and more,) i do not fall for, or heed, them. i'm now also learning to do that with people who really rejected me as well. For knowing that i'm loved is much to good to let go off.
You guys find that?
