I hope the doc can help @NatureLover. I know you struggle enough in winter. Being sick must make it even harder.
Yeah I work all weekend @Snowie. The bonus is that I get to leave early. I told mum that I leave at 4 now she wants me to finish the dogs walk with them aargh… I will still leave earlier I’ll just have to stay in mu works clothes. I hate that I always have to lie to her or I get in trouble.
I hope you are doing ok? I hope you can spend some time away from your mother.

Can understand the lying @Captain24 so you don't get in trouble. You do need some time to yourself.
I hope work goes ok. I know you are still on light duties.
Already had a run in with mum this morning.

I should be allowed to be myself. @Snowie. I shouldn’t have to be what they think I should be.
I am home alone now. It’s just nice. I’m watching a movie

Hey @Captain24 ,
I'm not hanging around but just saw this. I hear your mind is telling you the above. What's something that might help?
I've read you were watching a show earlier, and now this thought has popped up.
Anything you can do to help you feel better and to ensure posting is recovery oriented?
I recognise this is hard. We are here by your side.
Is Pix okay?

The show caused it. @tyme
Its too hard.
I don’t want to do it.
I’ve had enough.
Pix was fine when I went to work. She is still with mum right now.
