Hi @rav3n
I don’t see my psych for 2 weeks. I do see the Pdoc on Friday but we are just doing diagnostic tests first.

How are you @Jynx
Not too shabby!! My hip pain is being a pain in the a... well in the hip really. Gotta do some stretchies!! Otherwise just the usual, catching up on the dishes and wondering how I somehow need to vacuum again ALREADY two days later....
Cats. The answer is cats 😅

I actually woke up ok. I find I wake up better if I haven’t taken my meds to go to bed. @Jynx The dogs woke me up.
Sorry about your hip pain. I get really bad pain in my right hip when it’s going to rain! Yep.. I’m that old!
My kitchen is disgusting. It’s not just dishes. My whole house is. I haven’t even changed my sheets. It’s just gross.
I am so proud of you for vacuuming! It doesn’t matter that it needs to be done again. You did it in the first place. Bloody animals!! I’d rather a messy house than be without them though.

@Captain24 is that like a catch-22 in a way? Like you need meds to help you sleep but you wake up groggy, OR you can struggle to get to sleep but wake up fresh? 🙁🤔
Ooooh fortune teller hips!! Would you say that, in all things rain, you're Shakira? Cos these hips don't lie!!! 😝
My place is approaching that point lol.... one week away and my attempt at habit-building goes back SO MUCH 😓
Aww thanks!! I am also continuing to rearrange stuff - hence my house being double chaos right now - so there's certain corners of the house that are temporarily obstacle courses 🤣
Same! How are the pups anyhow?

It is a catch 22 @Jynx but the new Pdoc wants to take one of my sleep meds off me. It’s the one causing weight gain. She wants to change it to something else. So I guess it’s just a wait and see.
Hahaha Shakira! Love it.
Going away makes it hard to get back into things. I hope the habit stacking helps. I hope you can catch your place before it gets to where mine is.
Oh… the rearranging. I feel your pain. I’m lucky as I can’t rearrange anything. It’s all where it has to go! My house will look the same in 20 years.
They slept with me all day and all they have wanted to do since we got up is be on me. They really miss me when I’m on night shift.
