I am ok @Bow 

Saw gp this morning and she is concerned about my thoughts and how I am going. She was going to contact my pdoc but he is on holidays at the moment so not sure how that will help. Have S home sick from school today but he seems to be ok, just asleep at the moment. Cuddling on the couch with the dog just watching some tv and trying to keep calm.

im trying to be ok. Have had a productive morning. Been on the treadmill, cleaned daughters room and play area and now on the bike watch tv. Need to stay busy.
