Thanks @Emelia8 I had a long talk with a coach mentor which was helpful and she said I can get 18 appointments with a sports psychologist!!!
I missed the footy as it’s too far for me to walk with my new knee but the Sharks won!
The athletics was just awesome with 109m, 400m, 1500m, men’s HJ, women’s pole vault and both triple j!!! Torrie Lewis and Rohan Browning were my highlights but sitting really near the pole vault was great.
Its been a good day.
Lots of love to you my friend 💚🩷

Hey, that's good @Eve7 👍 and maybe the sports psychologist could be an option for you? Worth considering anyway
Yes I saw that the Sharkies won. Happy for you. They have been a bit up and down so far this year. A bit like my Raiders.
Sounds as though there have been many highlights at the athletics for you. That's so good. Seems as though Australia are entering quite a peak time with stars emerging in a number of areas. It's so wonderful to see. We go through long lean periods when it comes to world class athletes. They should be encouraged and celebrated when they do come along.
Enjoy what remaining time you have there. And take care. 💞
