I’m lying in bed @Jynx. It won’t stop and I’m wide awake… I should be asleep. Do I take more? Will that help? Rhetorical questions

@Captain24 hopefully the prn helps 🤞 And also that is just one doctor's opinion, if they help they help (so long as you're still using responsibly of course).
Oof yeah like your whole body is vibrating eh? I find gentle movement helpful when I'm like that - stretches, some swaying to music, that kinda thing, cos basically I reckon it's excess/pent up energy that has to go somewhere... Star jumps even! Or just doing a whole body shake like a dog getting out of the pool!
I'm gonna be wrapping up soon - I hope you don't need to, but you can always reach out to your preferred crisis supports if the restlessness continues, yeah?
Oh by the way! I haven't forgotten about the posts I said I'd write (remind me, was it just the one about love or were there other topics I promised?) and I've started banging out a draft! Watch this space 😋
Big love, many hugs to you hun. Be gentle with yourself, no darkness lasts forever 💜

There was one about what love is.

Don’t forget to do the dishes!
