Your emails? I haven't read any emails @Captain24
Did you want me to read them? If so, when did you send them?
In this case, I don't want to talk to my sis. She's really annoyed me this time.
But in the long run, neither of us really hold grudges...
At least tomorrow I'm free of them. They are going out and I'm staying home as I have a meeting from 12:30pm.
I hope to return asap. I've got things I need to do when I get home... things to sort out... I feel my life is all over the place lol..
ADHD is screaming??? IDK.

Yeah I had an email convo with @Jynx over the last 2 nights. It did involve you. I just replied to them so I hope they come to the top
Im so sorry that it happened. At least you have some time out tomorrow.
Can you leave or do you have to stay with them? Home and routine sounds like something you need.
My psych did an adhd test on me yesterday. I got 5/6! She has recommended a Pdoc clinic to go to to get assessed. I just need a referral from my GP but I can’t get in to see him until the 20th of Feb.

Sure @Captain24 . I'll have a look at the emails later tonight. I won't be able to right now.
As for staying, yeah I have to stay. I can't just walk out. I've been taking Ruby out for walks when I've had too much.
And your ADHD prelim assessment??? Yikes! Join the club!
I have to sort out my assessment etc when I get back to Melb.

It’s alright @tyme. If you don’t it doesn’t matter. They are pretty in depth but probably not real important.
At least you can get out alone. Just a breather. I don’t know how you are doing it. I’m worried about 7 days with my parents.
My psych has just been diagnosed and she can now see it in me. She thinks I need a med overhaul as I should be starting to feel better.
I hope you can organise your assessment. We will have to compare notes!

I reckon i just want to know, try the med, and take it when I need it only. I don't think I'll need meds all the time. At least I can tell people "Oh, that's was my ADHD" lol.
And in a way, I feel a med overhaul may really make a huge difference for you!
I've worked with ppl with bipolar and it's hectic at the beginning to get the meds right, but once it's 'right', things start going upwards...
I'm not in a hurry for the diagnosis though coz the psych is so far away. I'm going to see if they can do an online assessment.

I want to know. Maybe the diagnosis may change my meds from what they are. @tyme. It may make things a little different. My psych is medicated and she was a lot calmer yesterday.
I have to do it all through Telehealth. My psych did as it was too far for her to go to. I’m use to Telehealth now though. I have so many appointments that are Telehealth. At least it gives me the opportunity to get quality services not just what is around here that has huge wait lists anyway.
If you do read them I’ll be at work until 7 and get home at 7:45 if you do reply. Just so you know. If you don’t think it’s worthy of a reply that’s ok too.

I defo want to read them, but I want to look into them carefully and not just brush over them. I won't reply until you get home @Captain24 . I'll wait.
That's good to hear about they psych over telehealth. I might call the psych tomorrow (if I remember). I've got a few things to do tomorrow so I may not have time to call the psych... I'll make myself a note.
But yes, the psychologist I was initially talking to said that BPD and ADHD has overlap in a lot of symptoms. I told her that I'd had a lot of therapy for BPD, and therefore, I may be able to 'control' the ADHD symptoms more... but it doesn't help with over stimulation and when I just can't concentrate on things because of 'noise'...
Anyway, I'd better start wrapping up for tonight. I'll catch you tomorrow evening. Remember your superhero pose. Walk into walk and show em what you've got!
Thanks so so much for the brief chat tonight.

Bipolar overlaps too @tyme
I guess you saw the post I deleted!
I hope you enjoy your peace even though you have stuff to do.
Thanks for tonight.

LOL @Captain24 ... actually, I didn't see the post you deleted... am I supposedly a 'mind reader'?? LOL.
Yeah. I reckon bipolar, BPD and ADHD (the emotional side of things) all relate in some way. Very true.
Anyway, good night my dear 🙂 See you tomorrow!
