@Captain24 oh crap, that's my bad I did see that about your psych appt. Frustrating.
It's only a 'bad' mental illness because, like most of em, it is often misunderstood and highly stigmatised. The severity of symptoms is definitely difficult to contend with, and it sounds like you're resonating with a lot of the depressive ones.
Know one of my best friends has bipolar... who is no longer unfortunately my friend (nothing to do with her bipolar, we just weren't good for each other anymore; I realised we'd trauma bonded in the beginning and had some patterns to unlearn, and she err, disagreed 😅) but I learned a lot from her. And I tell you what I was secretly convinced she had undiagnosed ADHD and just couldn't see it lol.
But yeah we were besties for a decade, I would have spoken about her many times before - morseo prior to March last year tho when everything went down and we fell out. But yeah if you got any burning questions or anything that's puzzling for ya about BD/ADHD feel free to fire at me and I'll see if I can help you figure it out?
Self-sabotage stuff I'm still having a lil ponder, gimme a few to put thoughts together 😉

I’m just in a dark void @Jynx. I can’t see out. I can’t decipher anything right now. All I’m focused on is how heavy my mind is, how dark it is, how my body is just a dead weight. How I’m struggling to breathe with the weight on my chest. How I don’t want to breathe again. How I don’t want to be I. This body anymore. How good it would be to just fly free. How good it would be just to let go.

@Captain24 Imma flick you an email ok? Just to check in, you're not in trouble 💜

Not at all darlin, I'm just worried about ya! Did you get it @Captain24 ?

Feel like sharing the latest from your little rascals @Captain24? Trixie and Razz are due for vet checkups and vaccinations 🫣

Nothing out of the ordinary @Jynx. They have been pretty quiet. (Not with barking though!) Pix asks for a treat every night! She is in my bedroom asleep on my dirty clothes and Jett is asleep on my lap.
Oh.. a trip to the vet.. expensive and I’m guessing it’s slightly difficult with 2 cats! If I take Pix to the vet Jett has to go to mums because he suffers really badly with separation anxiety!

@Captain24 haha nothing like a dirty clothes pile to kip on top of!! What a cutie hehe she must enjoy your musk 😂 My cats LOVE sniffing my shoes, omg I got little foot fetishists runnin around in here 😹
Yeah I only got one carry crate, so I think one at a time is the only option, unless I opt for letting one run loose. Yes, I forsee no problems with this option, certainly not getting my legs scratched to heck no no, it will go very smoothly 🤔
😝

I think see does as soon as I have dirty clothes on the floor she is in them. She even jumps off my bed at night to sleep on them instead of with me @Jynx. Shoes is an interesting one.
Taking one in a crate and the other loose sounds like fun. I have a crate her you could use. Actually I have 2.
