Don't worry @Bow I haven;t told H I have this prn. He would ask too many questions if he know how much I relied on it and I would have to ask him for it too.
I hope you got something out of this morning hun, eve if it is just to talk to someone.
I hope the gp goes ok and you have no effects to the second covid jab. Getting a chai on the way home sounds like a good idea💕

Didn't get my chai @Snowie 😞 was really looking forward to it after the 2 appointments today. But the 3 cafes I went to were either closed or not able to make hot drinks. So disappointed.
but I'm finally double vaxed. I chatted a bit with my gp about how hard things have been, she listens, but is very much about there being ups and downs and is a little dismissive of when things are really hard for me. She reminded me of my safety plan.
im dreading having to go to the chemist tomorrow to get my meds. Another dosage change and the prn, I just feel so much shame in having to go get them every week. It's sitting heavy tonight.

Glad you are doubled vaxed now @Bow but sorry to hear you couldn't get your Chai. That would have been a nice reward for you!! You got through both appointments so that is a postivie.
I know how you feel about getting your meds. I have to go to the checmist every week to get my meds and prn too. I am lucky that the people that work at the chemist are so nice and understanding that they really do make me feel at ease. But it is hard to walk to there each week.

The folks at the chemist I go to are nice too @Snowie , but I still feel incredible amounts of shame walking in there every week. I keep forgetting to talk to my gp about just giving my Mum all my meds.
im on the bike. Watching tv. Gp said to make sure I take it easy after my jab for the rest of today and tomorrow. But I can't help it. Forcing myself on here.
@Emelia8 seeing you around... how are you doing? Did I miss the update you mentioned about your good news?

You could get your mum to have your meds hon @Bow if that is what you want.
I get mine in packs each week and then they go into the safe that only H knows the code too. It is just one less thing I can do to myself.
Take it easy on the bike hon.

It's a real battle @Snowie battle between doing what's right and safe and doing what I want to do to end this misery.
